About Me
Compassionate, relational therapy for adults, teens, families and couples seeking clarity, connection, and meaningful change.
I see therapy as a place where you don’t have to get it right to be valued. It is a place where you are the expert on your life and your experiences. We will collaborate on therapeutic goals, move at a pace that feels right to you, and honor the strategies that helped you keep going.
I strive to create an affirming space for people of all genders, cultures, sexual orientations, and relationship structures. I approach therapy with humility and curiosity, honoring the ways culture, identity, and power intersect in each person’s life.
I also bring my own lived experience with anxiety and grief, which has shaped my deep respect for the vulnerability it takes to seek support.
I know how meaningful it can be to feel genuinely heard and understood, and I strive to offer that to every client.
My Approach
My work is informed by feminist, relational, and narrative perspectives, which means we'll pay attention to power, cultural messages, and broader systems. We’ll focus not only on your internal world and lived experience, but also your relationships and the communities that shaped you.
Rather than focusing on problems or symptoms, therapy becomes a space to understand how your responses developed, what has helped you survive, and what may no longer be serving you. From there, we can begin to imagine and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others.
