About Me
Compassionate, relational therapy for adults, teens, families and couples seeking clarity, connection, and meaningful change.
I see therapy as a place where you don’t have to get it right to be valued. It is a place where you are the expert on your life and your experiences. We will collaborate on therapeutic goals, move at a pace that feels right to you, and honors the strategies that helped you survive.
I strive to create an affirming, culturally-aware space for people of all genders, sexual orientations, relationship structures, and cultural backgrounds. I approach therapy with humility and curiosity, honoring the ways culture, identity, and power intersect in each person’s life.
I also bring my own lived experience with anxiety, trauma, and grief, which has shaped my deep respect for the vulnerability it takes to seek support. I know how meaningful it can be to feel genuinely heard and understood, and I strive to offer that presence to every client.
My Approach
My work is informed by feminist, relational, and narrative perspectives, which means I pay attention to power, culture, and context while centering your lived experience.
We’ll focus not only to your internal world, but also to the relationships, cultural messages, and larger systems that influence how you see yourself and others. I believe meaningful change happens in relationship, through curiosity, care, and honest exploration of the contexts that shape our lives.
Rather than focusing on problems or symptoms, therapy becomes a space to understand how your responses developed, what has helped you survive, and what may no longer be serving you. From there, we can begin to imagine and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others.
